UPDATED BOOKING POLICY

Minimum Stay

You can book a one night stay during weekdays (Sunday - Thursday), a two night minimum during weekends (Friday - Saturday) and for long weekends, we require a three night commitment. Please note: You cannot check-in or check-out on a Saturday.

Resort Fee

A mandatory fee of $30+HST per night is added to your reservation. This is for the use of the resorts’ amenities including the heated pool, multi-sports court, canoes, kayaks and paddle boats and more. A $300 security deposit will be processed on your credit card upon arrival. This amount will be held as a pre-authorization on your credit card, nothing is charged to the card unless there is damage done to the cottage during your stay.

These cozy, year round units are a great economical option for a lakefront getaway. The balcony overlooks our harbour and offers a spectacular view of Rice Lake's majestic sunsets.  
Each condo includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a comfortable seating area with a flat screen tv, and gas fireplace. The bedrooms contain a queen bed in one and two twin beds in the other. Perfect for a couple or small family. Maximum 4 people.
